Yee Von's Natural Drugfree Birth

I had a successful natural birth without any drugs. But it may not be a 100% HypnoBirth labour because I have been instructed to do the pushing by my doctor instead of getting to do our J breathing. But I have had minimal vaginal examinations, drugs free, delayed cord clamping and most importantly, I've spent about two hours of skin to skin bonding with my newborn right after birth. And my baby started to latch for breastfeeding. I'm now fully breastfeeding my baby and he is 5 months old already. I am grateful that I've attended your HypnoBirthing class. Thank you very much.
