HYPNOMOTHERING® CLASS (ONLY AVAILABLE IN SINGAPORE)
HypnoMothering® is a 2x 2 hours postnatal class for new mothers. This course is developed to help women transition into their new role as “parent” and experience motherhood as gently and as joyful as possible. This fun and practical class teaches mothers easy and fast techniques to make the most of limited sleep, keep calm and balanced on challenging days and find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that mothers face. This class provides mothers with the ready tools to use throughout early months in motherhood. It is designed to help mothers to find balance, came and energy in their motherhood journey.

Rapid Relaxation: Provides easy to learn techniques to quickly relax mom’s body while creating mindfulness and balance.
Positive Emotional Resources: Quick self-hypnosis techniques allow mothers to tap into positive emotions even on difficult days.
Better Sleep: Whether you have five minutes or five hours to catch some rest, it helps your mind and body make the most of the sleep you have.
Connection to Baby: It helps a mother tune in to her baby and her own natural instincts.
