HypnoBirthing is a well-thought-out and dynamic, 4-day, 2-part Childbirth Educator Program consisting of a 16-hour, Introduction to Hypnosis for Childbirth or Introduction to Birthing Basics, and a 16-hour, Certification Workshop for HypnoBirthing®. You will receive: your own copy of the textbook; a relaxation download with affirmations; an extensive class syllabus, with scripts and class outlines; 6 hand posters and Dropbox access to many HypnoBirthing® birth videos and useful resources to aid you in teaching like forms and handouts. Your membership with the HypnoBirthing® Institute, USA provides you with ongoing support and an active, online client referral system.

HypnoBirthing Instructor Training Course Content
Start By Determining Your Appropriate Segment
- If you already have a background as a Certified Hypnotherapist, you will be assigned to the Introduction to Birthing Basics for the first two days of this program.
- If you already have a background in Birthing Services (eg Obgyn, midwife, medical doctor, doula etc), you will be assigned to the Introduction to Hypnosis for Birthing for the first two days of this program.
- If you do not have a background in either of these fields, you will be assigned to Introduction to Hypnosis for Birthing and will be able to complete the Introduction to Birthing Basics as an at home-study (available only to students needing both pre-requisites)
- HypnoBirthing® Educators may return to attend a Educator Certification workshop at any future time at minimal cost with the permission of the course instructor

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need to take the Birthing Basics pre-requisite if I am a certified obgyn / midwife / doula / medical doctor / nurse? No, you don't need to. You would only need one pre-requisite (Intro To Hypnosis for Birth) + Educator Course.
- Do I need to take the Hypnosis for Birthing pre-requisite if I am a certified hypnotist / hypnotherapist? Yes you would. Certified hypnotist/hypnotherapists have found our course useful.
- If I do not have a professional birth or hypnotherapy qualifications, can I take this course? Yes absolutely. Many people who dont have either qualifications especially HypnoBirthing mothers take this course after experiencing first hand how effective HypnoBirthing works for them and wants to share it with others in a professional way. You would need 2 pre-requisites (1. Intro to Hypnosis for Birth + 2. Birthing Basics) + Educator Course.
- What is I am already a birth professional as well as a hypnotherapist? Then you can be exempted from Birthing Basics and only take the Educator Course + Hypnosis for Birth.
- Will I be certified after attending the course? To receive certification and the prestigious Gold Seal, all candidates must submit the following tasks to be marked and assessed (by the Faculty Trainer) for certification.
1 . Introduction to Hypnosis Review Questions (including a book review)
2. Educator Certification Review Questions
3. Birthing Basics Review Questions (if applicable)
4. Case Study (Practice Couple) Report, including a copy of registration form & evaluation form completed by the couple. - You will be given 3 months to complete these tasks. Once you have satisfactorily passed these reviews & tasks and provided you agree to adhere to the HypnoBirthing Institute's code of ethics when teaching this course to parents, you will be certified by the HypnoBirthing Institute, USA.
- What are the fees for this course? The fees will depend on how many modules you will need. Please contact us for details.
- What is the payment schedule like for the fees? You will be required to pay 50% upfront to secure your seat. The balance should be paid before the class starts. You can pay via bank transfer or credit card (via Stripe/Paypal).
- Can I pay by installment? If you have genuine financial difficulty, we are happy to discuss this.
