Baby Massage Class
Continue with the prenatal bonding that you and your baby has enjoyed during your pregnancy. Fathers can enjoy special bonding time with baby too.
You will learn different strokes designed to facilitate bonding with and relaxing your baby. Learning your baby's engagement and disengagement cues will help to reduce over stimulation and overtired babies.
Also learn massages for special circumstances if your baby is having Colic, Gas, Constipation, Reflux, Cold, Coughs, Congestion and Sleeplessness.

Class Format
For newborns till about 6-8 months
(before they can turn over and crawl because by then, they will be too busy exploring the world.)
Classes will take 4 sessions depending on the baby.
Classes are baby-led so babies decide when they want to stop and we will absolutely respect their wishes.
Expect to spend 30 mins to 1 hr each session.

My baby suffers from colic / wind. Can baby massage help?
Most certainly. We will teach techniques that can help relieve the discomfort of wind / colic for your baby. Your baby will love you for it!
What do we need to bring for the class?
Do bring:
- Extra diapers,
- a towel or blanket for your baby to lie on,
- a pillow (especially if it has your natural scent on it),
- a sense of humor and loads of relaxation - let's make it a FUN class for you and your baby!
Any ground rules in class to be observed?
Yes! Babies are the bosses here. We are learning to respond to their needs. They will direct the flow of the class.
So if your baby needs to be cuddled, nursed, falls asleep, or whatever, please feel free to attend to your baby. You won't disrupt the class by taking care of your baby.
If your baby falls asleep, you can still practice the strokes on one of the baby dolls that will be provided so you are not missing out on anything.
Golden Rule : There are NO fussy babies, Only Babies whose Needs are not met!
How many adults can one baby bring to class?
One baby brings TWO adults - either parents, grandparents or nanny. One of you will be working with the baby, and the other person will practice on one of the baby dolls that will be provided.
How much is the course fees?
