1st baby, no epidural, no episiotomy, first degree tear although I deliver the traditional way of spreading leg wide up😅. I had some stitches but not pain at all.
And I have a very fast delivery with positive thinking mindset, 2am admitted @ 3cm dilated, 7.30am delivered, as I remembered only 4-5 times push during the surge and baby slided out 😬
It's true that we can enjoy the birthing process. I shared with my mom and my mom was so surprised. I said I could still talked so loud & energetic after gave birth 😁

Actually I got to know about HypnoBirthing because I saw the ads repeatedly appeared on my Facebook newsfeed. Even though I can't join the class due to tight schedule, but I bought your book anyway. After reading the book, I am fascinated by all the concepts mentioned and shared it with my husband.
My husband was amazed with the fact that we can request for no episiotomy but to find a doctor that supports gentle birth is challenging. In the end, we found Dr Bheena from Columbia Asia PJ, thanks to Adelin's recommendation.
And the rest is history.
Many people are worried about my birth plan, with the idea of no IV drips, no epidural, no episiotomy. They think I am playing with my own life because it sounds dangerous to them. But I ended up with such a pleasant experience! My husband was very proud too!
