In this class, you will be taught how to identify your baby's cries and respond accordingly.
You will learn:
  • Identify baby cries - understand what baby wants so you can respond quickly
  • Breastfeeding basics, how to hold your baby and latch on properly
  • Breastfeeding hacks not taught in classes, only by a mother who has been there, done that
  • Pumping / Expressing breastmilk while you work and how to transport it home
  • Newborn care - how to bath, burp, swaddle and diaper change your baby
  • Elimination communication - start toilet training your baby from Day 1 - save tons of money from buying diapers and it is kinder to the environment and less work for you. Eliminate the 8 diaper change per day during the newborn days.
  • Prevent colic and constipation - learn tummy massage strokes to keep baby happy

COURSE DETAILS
Class format - 2 x 2.5 hours weekly class
